This huge aquatic mammal is on the list of endangered species. The largest animal on the planet, its sounds can travel as far as 500 miles away. I created this artwork not only in celebration of its beauty, but as a reminder of our frail environment. No matter the size or scale of the animal, the actions that we take can impact their habitat. Art is the best visual engagement we can have, it is a constant visual reminder to protect the planet.
